"The rates are incredible but the customer service can’t be beat. "I had called a few insurance companies prior to calling on the state farm. I was in a situation that I needed insurance that day that hour. My responses from other insurance companies were let's say not professional or compassionate. What I realized state farm is who I was with 5 years , I called state farm on up right away. IArnie had taken the call right away.Listen to what I had to say without interrupting, asked me if I was okay. Within minutes , we were discussing which insurance would be best for me at this time. No exaggeration, within 15 minutes.I had insurance emailed it over to me , including my temporary insurance card. Arnie had mentioned that after I get settled that I should come back and get a bundle of insurance and indeed , I will. I know this sounds corny, and it's just insurance.But he knew that I needed help , and he got it , and it was just people helping people. Don't waste your time calling other places.Honestly , go to state farm and hopefully , if you're in the area , go to arnie in lacey"

"The 5 stars are for the help I received after a call about an issue - having the issue in the first place wouldn't have rated 5stars. Had to call and correct mailing address. They even had an address in the system for a house I never bought! Sometimes I get the impression that different people are handling my account there and that sometimes things fall between the cracks. They are very pleasant to deal with though and Giselle, who answered my call said they would correct the address issues right away. Thanks!"
